Signuvia provides product serialization, QR code generation, consumer verification pages, scan analytics, alerting and related APIs ("the Service"), operated by Tefter, Skopje, North Macedonia. These terms are an agreement between the organization opening an account ("you") and us.
You are responsible for what happens under your organization's accounts and API keys. You may only serialize products you are authorized to represent. You may not use the Service to mislead consumers, to serialize counterfeit goods, or to probe or disrupt the Service. New organizations are activated after a short review.
The free plan is free. Paid plans are billed monthly by invoice, per the plan in force at the start of the month; quotas per plan are stated on the pricing page. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension after reasonable reminder.
Your product data stays yours. Consumer warranty data collected through your product pages is yours as data controller; we process it under our privacy policy and a data-processing agreement available on request. We may use aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics to operate and improve the Service.
We operate the Service with commercially reasonable care but without a guaranteed service level on self-service plans; enterprise agreements may include an SLA. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.
We retain all rights to the Service and its software. You retain all rights to your content and trademarks; you grant us the license needed to display them on your product pages.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You may stop using the Service and delete your organization at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, with notice where practicable. On termination you may export your data for 30 days.
These terms are governed by the law of North Macedonia; disputes belong to the courts of Skopje. Consumers' mandatory local rights are unaffected.
