Signuvia (signuvia.com) is operated by Tefter, Skopje, North Macedonia ("we", "us"). We provide product serialization, verification and traceability services to manufacturers ("tenants"). This policy covers this website, the tenant portal, and the consumer product pages we serve on tenants' behalf.
No accounts, no advertising trackers, no analytics cookies. If you use the contact form we store what you send us — name, email, optional company, your message and an IP-derived country — to answer you, and we keep it no longer than 24 months.
Scanning stores no personal data. A scan records the product's serial number, a timestamp, the page language, and a country derived from the network address — the address itself is not stored. There are no consumer accounts.
If a tenant offers warranty registration and you choose to register, your email (and optionally name and purchase date) is processed on behalf of that manufacturer, who is the data controller. The full notice is shown at the form, in your language, and your confirmation email contains a one-click deletion link.
Name, email, language preference and role — what an account needs. Sign-in security (passwords, two-factor secrets) is handled by our identity service and never stored by the application. Actions in an organization are recorded in that organization's audit log.
All data is hosted in the European Union, encrypted in transit and at rest.
We do not sell data. We do not run third-party advertising or tracking. We do not use consumer scan data for anything except serving the scan, the tenant's analytics, and counterfeit detection.
You may request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy of your personal data. For warranty data, contact the manufacturer named at the form (or use the deletion link in your confirmation email); for anything else, contact us at privacy@signuvia.com. You may also complain to your national data-protection authority.
